The Department of Psychiatry with long history and tradition since 1967, has tried every effort to restore psychiatric patients' health by providing "attentive and scientific treatment".

Our department conducts basic and clinical research in biopsychiatric medicine, and principal mental problems such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, psychosomatic disorder, dementia, child and adolescent mental disorder, geriatric mental disorder, organic mental disorder, eating disorder, sleep disorder, alcohol and substance related disorder and psychoanalysis. A variety of psychotherapeutic modalities and services are available to offer comprehensive mental health to both inpatients and outpatients.

Especially, we are operating special clinics such as pediatric learning disorder, head trauma related mental disorder and psychoanalysis
