The Department of Pathology participates in student education, research and clinical services at our university hospital. The education includes lectures and practices about pathologic aspects of diseases for M1, M2, and M3 grades of Ewha School of Medicine and postgraduate courses and clinical conferences. Major research areas are urologic pathology, neuropathology, nephrology, breast pathology, hematooncology, immunology, gastroenterology, hepatobiliary system, pediatric pathology and gyenecologic pathology. Our faculty members also participate in intra- and extrainstitutional research activities.
